The cereal market especially in Owino today stabilized high because traders anticipate high price as a result of the school term opening. Nambale beans (K132) is currently selling at Ush.650/kg, while Rosecoco beans (Kanyebwa) went for Ush.680 a kilo. Yellow beans were offered at Ush.700/kg. Kisenyi prices deferred with K132 beans at Ush.600, Kanyebwa 650 and Yellow beans at Ush.680/kg.
