The tomato harvest in northern Togo has begun, with total production estimated at over 4000 metric tons.
At this production level, baskets of 80 kg of tomatoes are selling between 128,000 Cedi and 220,000 Cedi, depending on the market, which equates to 1600 Cedi/kg and 2750 Cedi/kg.
