You must have rights to configure sms for your country. Check with your country host. After logging into tradenet, you will be sent to “your page”. Click on “configure”, found under your name.
You will be taken to the approve page. In the menu on the left of the page, click “configure” and then “sms”
The four items to configure for sms are displayed on your screen.
- You must configure key words for your commodities. Click on “commodities keywords”. Provide a keyword of four characters for each of the commodities you have selected for your country and click on “save commodities codes” at the bottom of the page.
- You must configure markets. Click on “markets keywords”. Provide a keyword of four characters for each of the markets in your country and click on “save sms codes” at the bottom of the page.
- You must configure “sms footer”. Click on “sms footer”. Provide the sentence you would like to be displayed at the end of the sms requests responses. This could be “provided by…………more on tradenet.biz”. When you are done, click on “save”.
“codes/responses” must also be configured but this will be done by the busylab operation team.
